Boxing Glove Size Guide

6 oz — Best for young kids aged approximately 5–8 years. Suitable for beginner training and light bag or pad work.

8 oz — Recommended for kids around 9–10 years old or younger athletes with smaller hands.

12 oz — A lighter option for adults who want more speed and mobility during bag work, mitt work, and technique training.

14 oz — A versatile training size for everyday boxing workouts, including bag work, pad work, drills, and controlled sparring.

16 oz — Best for sparring and high-intensity training. Provides extra padding and protection for both you and your training partner.

Glove size can vary depending on hand size, body weight, training purpose, and your gym’s requirements. For sparring, always check your coach’s recommended glove size before training.

Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is verified. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Deep Fear accepts exchanges for unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased within the last 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges are only available for verified quality or manufacturing issues. We do not offer exchanges for color, style, fit, or change of mind. Deep Fear does not offer refunds.
