After your order is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, a second email with tracking information will be sent to you.

All orders are checked through fraud prevention systems. If an order is flagged as suspicious or too risky to process, the payment will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is verified. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during busy seasons.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to the shipping address. If a package is returned to us, original shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
