DEEP FEAR accepts exchanges for unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased within the last 30 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges are only applicable for products with verified quality or manufacturing issues. We do not offer exchanges for preferences related to color, style, fit, or change of mind.

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@deepfearboxing.com with your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.

Please note:

• DEEP FEAR does not offer refunds.
• Eligible items may be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as DEEP FEAR is not responsible for items lost during transit.
• International customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Outlet items marked as “Final Round”
• Jockstraps, underwear, and groin protectors
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
